Terms of Service Integrity Pool Scapes

Effective Date: December 18, 2025

These Terms of Service explain how Integrity Pool Scapes provides landscape design, 3D rendering, installation, and ongoing outdoor improvement services throughout the St. Louis and Metro East regions. By using our website or hiring our company, you agree to the expectations and policies that guide our work. We provide this information to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for every homeowner we serve.

1. About Our Services

Integrity Pool Scapes offers a wide range of landscaping services and outdoor construction solutions. Our work includes 3D design planning, custom patios, planting and grading, drainage improvements, hardscape builds, and other forms of landscape enhancement.

What we offer may grow or change over time as new materials, techniques, and design tools become available. The descriptions on our website are meant to be helpful overviews, not guarantees of availability. Seasonal conditions, material supply, and scheduling demands may affect what services can be completed at any given time. We adapt to these realities while maintaining the quality standards that define our work.

2. Estimates, Proposals, and Approvals

Every project begins with a customized estimate crafted specifically for your property and the scope of work discussed. These proposals reflect careful consideration of your space, your goals, and the realities of your site. Estimates are not binding until both parties agree to the terms in writing.

Pricing may shift if the design is revised, site conditions differ from what was visible during the initial visit, or materials become limited or unavailable. We address these situations transparently and work with you to find solutions that keep your project moving forward.

We encourage clients to take time when reviewing proposals and 3D designs. Once accepted, the design is considered agreed upon in its proposed form, including materials, layout, and anticipated costs. Changes after approval may require revised pricing and adjusted timelines.

3. Use of 3D Designs and Renderings

Our 3D renderings are intended to bring clarity to the design process. These images provide a realistic preview but should not be interpreted as exact replicas of the finished project. Natural grading, weather patterns, material variations, and construction methods may create differences between the rendering and the completed work. Digital models cannot account for every nuance of how materials age, how light shifts throughout seasons, or how organic elements like plants grow and adapt to their environment.

All digital models, renderings, and design files remain the property of Integrity Pool Scapes. Clients may reference them personally but cannot distribute them for use by other contractors or companies without our permission.

4. Client Responsibilities

A successful landscape project requires cooperation from the property owner. Clients must supply accurate information related to property lines, utilities, and any restrictions placed by municipalities or homeowner associations. It is also important to ensure safe and open access for crews and equipment. If gates need to remain unlocked, if pets need to be secured, or if vehicles need to be moved, these arrangements help us work efficiently and safely.

Protecting pets, moving vehicles when needed, and securing items that may be affected by construction helps prevent delays or accidental damage. Clear communication during the project helps us maintain the quality and efficiency Integrity Pool Scapes is known for. When questions arise or conditions change, reaching out quickly allows us to address concerns before they become complications.

5. Scheduling and Project Timelines

Landscape construction depends heavily on weather, soil conditions, and the availability of materials. While we offer timelines based on experience, these are not guaranteed. Rain, extreme temperatures, and supply chain issues may affect start dates or the pace at which work can continue. If scheduling adjustments become necessary, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

  1. Payments and Billing

Project payments occur in phases, and the schedule will be outlined in your proposal. Deposits may be required before materials are ordered or design work begins. Additional payments may be due during installation, with the final balance collected upon substantial completion of the project. This structure protects both parties and ensures that work progresses steadily without financial strain on either side.

Late or missed payments can cause project delays. In certain cases, unpaid balances may result in a temporary halt in work until the account is brought up to date.

7. Warranties and Workmanship

Integrity Pool Scapes stands behind its workmanship. Specific warranties depend on the type of project, the materials selected, and manufacturer guidelines. These details will be provided in your proposal paperwork. We take pride in installations that last, and when issues arise that fall within our responsibility, we address them promptly.

Because landscaping interacts with natural conditions, some elements cannot be guaranteed. Plant health, storm damage, and soil movement fall outside the scope of general warranties unless stated otherwise.

  1. Third Party Materials and Suppliers

Many landscape features rely on products sourced from outside suppliers. These vendors determine availability, manufacturing timelines, and production changes. If a selected material becomes unavailable, we will provide alternatives that closely match the original choice. Any substitutions will be presented for approval before installation continues. We do not make material changes unilaterally.

9. Use of the Website

All text, images, videos, project galleries, 3D samples, and written content found on the Integrity Pool Scapes website belong to the company. Visitors may review this information for personal use, but commercial use is prohibited unless authorized by us in writing. You cannot reproduce our content on other websites, use our project photos in marketing materials for competing businesses, or repurpose our design examples without explicit permission.

Our website exists to inform potential clients about our services, showcase our work, and facilitate communication with homeowners interested in landscape projects. When you browse our site, you are welcome to save images for inspiration, share links to our pages, or reference our content in conversations with family and friends about your own landscaping plans. What you cannot do is present our work as your own, use our intellectual property for commercial gain, or misrepresent your relationship with our company.

Actions that disrupt the website, compromise security, or misuse contact forms are not permitted. Automated scraping, unauthorized data extraction, or attempts to interfere with site functionality violate these terms and may result in restricted access. We monitor our website for unusual activity and reserve the right to block access from sources that demonstrate malicious intent or patterns of abuse. If you encounter technical issues or believe someone is misusing our site, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the situation.

10. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to keep our website updated. Even so, the landscaping industry evolves quickly. Material availability, pricing, timelines, and service offerings may change without immediate notice. Website content should be viewed as informative, not contractual. For binding agreements, always refer to your final written proposal. That document supersedes general information found on our site.

11. Limitation of Liability

Integrity Pool Scapes is not responsible for damages that arise from severe weather, unforeseen underground conditions, or interference from other contractors working on the property.

We cannot be held liable for issues caused by materials chosen against our recommendation or modifications made by the homeowner outside the agreed scope. If you decide to change elements of your landscape after we complete our work, those alterations fall outside our responsibility. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of services provided directly by Integrity Pool Scapes. This limitation reflects industry standards and protects our ability to continue serving homeowners without exposure to risks beyond our control.

12. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project agreement if contractual obligations are not met. When termination occurs, the client is responsible for paying all costs associated with work already completed, materials ordered, or commitments made before the termination date. This includes deposits paid to suppliers, labor already rendered, and design work produced. Termination does not erase financial obligations for work performed or resources committed prior to the termination notice.
